Do Thrivin products run small or large?

Thrivin products are true to size. However, because our products combine shapewear and activewear elements, the fit may feel firmer than regular activewear at first.

Does the size guide apply to all products?

The size guide applies to most Thrivin products, but some products may have specific fit notes. Always check the product description for additional sizing recommendations.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend starting on the product detail page where you will find what the general fit of the product is.
You can also use our helpful size tool. Just fill in your details and it will recommend the best size and fit for you.

How do I know if the fit is wrong?

If the product feels painful, rolls excessively, or restricts circulation or movement, it may not be the right size for you.

How do shapewear and activewear fits differ?

• Shapewear-focused products offer higher compression and a more sculpting feel.
• Activewear-focused products provide support with greater flexibility for movement.
Hybrid products combine both benefits for everyday wear and workouts.

How should Thrivin products feel when worn?

Thrivin products should feel supportive, secure, and comfortable. You may notice light compression, but you should still be able to move and breathe comfortably.

Is it normal if my product feels tight at first?

Yes. Some Thrivin products may feel snug when you first put them on. This is normal and part of the sculpting design. The product should not cause pain or restrict movement.

What if I’m between two sizes?

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort—especially if you prefer a less compressive feel. If you like a more sculpting, snug fit, sizing down may be an option depending on the product.
