How can I buy a Thrivin gift card?

You can purchase a Thrivin gift card directly through our website. Simply select the amount and add the gift card to your basket. 

Please note that, unless required by applicable law, gift cards, including those issued as compensation, cannot be canceled, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Can I buy a gift card as a gift for someone else?

Yes. You can tick the box: ‘I want to send this as a gift’ after you have selected the amount of the gift card. 

Will I receive a physical gift card?

Thrivin gift cards are digital and are delivered by email.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout. The gift card amount will be applied to your order total.

Can I use a gift card on all products?

Yes, gift cards can be used on eligible products available on our website, unless stated otherwise.

Can I use a gift card together with a discount code?

In most cases, gift cards can be combined with promotions. If any restrictions apply, they will be shown in the promotion terms and conditions.

Can I use my gift card on a different country website or in another currency?

No. Thrivin gift cards can only be used on the country website where they were purchased and in the same currency. Please make sure you are shopping on the correct Thrivin website before entering your gift card code.

How can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance during checkout after entering your gift card code.

Do Thrivin gift cards expire?

Gift card validity is stated at the time of purchase. Please check the details included with your gift card email.

What if my gift card balance doesn’t cover my full order?

You can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

Promotions & discount codes

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid. Please note that a discount code cannot be used on already discounted products or in combination with a running promotion.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted products. Discount codes may also be time-limited, product-specific, or subject to minimum order values. Please check the discount terms and conditions carefully.

Can I use a discount code on products that are already discounted?

Discount codes cannot be used on products that are already discounted or part of any promotion or deal.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted products.

Do promotions apply to all products?

Not always.Promotions do not apply to already discounted products and may exclude specific products, collections, or collaborations.

Can I apply a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion to an order placed before the promotion started?

Buy 2 Get 1 promotions apply only to orders placed during the promotional period.

Orders placed outside the promotion dates are not eligible for retroactive participation, and free products cannot be added after an order has been completed.

Can I apply a promotion after placing my order?

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, and Thrivin Club points must be applied at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add them or refund the equivalent amount if they were not applied. This includes forgotten gift cards or unused Thrivin Club points.

Please make sure everything is applied before confirming your order.

Can I add products to my order after checkout to qualify for a promotion?

No. Once an order is placed, the products selected at checkout are final.

Additional products cannot be added to an existing order, and promotions apply only to the products included in the cart at the time of checkout.If you wish to purchase additional products, a new order must be placed.

Can I exchange a free product from a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion?

Yes, products received as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion may be exchanged only for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

If you choose a product with a higher price, you will be required to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

Eligibility

• The Promotion is valid only on eligible products as indicated on the website.
• The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made through uk.thrivin.com during the promotional period.
• THRIVIN Gymwear reserves the right to exclude certain products, collections, or new releases from the Promotion.
• Promotions are valid only for orders placed during the stated promotional period.
• Orders placed before or after the promotion start and end dates are not eligible for retroactive participation.
• Customers may not request free products, discounts, or promotional benefits for orders placed outside the applicable promotional period.

Exclusions

• Gift cards, digital products, and non‑eligible products are excluded unless otherwise stated.
• The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

How the Promotion works

• Customers must add three (3) eligible products to their cart to qualify for the Promotion.
• The lowest-priced eligible product in the cart will automatically be discounted to free at checkout.
• Only one (1) free product is available per order, regardless of the number of eligible products
  purchased.
• For example:Buy 3 products → 1 product free. Buy 4, 5, 6, or more products → still only 1 product free.
• The Promotion may be redeemed only once per transaction and cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotional offers.

Limitation of Liability

THRIVIN Gymwear is not responsible for:

• technical issues affecting checkout
• delays in order processing
• stock availability changes during the Promotion

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THRIVIN Gymwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion.

Misuse of Promotion

THRIVIN reserves the right to cancel orders, revoke discounts, or refuse service in cases of:

• suspected fraud
• abuse of the Promotion
• violation of these Terms and Conditions

Order Modifications

• Once an order has been placed, the products selected at checkout are final.
• Products cannot be added to an existing order after checkout, and promotional eligibility is determined solely by the products present in the cart at the time of purchase.
• Customers wishing to purchase additional products must place a new order.

Promotion period

• The Promotion is valid only for the dates specified on the website or until stock is exhausted.
• THRIVIN may modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Returns and Exchanges

• If you return one or more products from a promotional order, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the Promotion.
• The free product cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit or cash.
• If you return one of the paid products but keep the free product, the refund will be reduced by the value of the free product.
• Products received as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion may be exchanged only for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
• Where the replacement product is of a higher price, the customer is required to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
